Project Monitoring
Lighthouse uses professionals experienced in commercial and industrial construction to inspect sites, as well as review documents and records at the contractor's office, in order to evaluate the progress and the quality of construction and the payment of subcontractors and suppliers. We monitor the situation several times, depending on the size and duration of the project, by meeting with the construction manager on the site to discuss the schedule of the work, the performance of the various trades, the relationship with the owner or general manager, the delivery of equipment and supplies, and any other issue or problem that could have an impact on the timeliness and quality of the contractor's performance. We provide a report to the bonding company, bank and contractor for each visit. The parties appreciate the opportunity that our reports provide to assure them of satisfactory progress or to alert them about issues that should be resolved before they become significant problems.
